This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production professional to take the next step in their career, leading a team of Electronic Assembly & Test Technicians within a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment. The Role Supervise and lead a team of electronic assembly and test technicians Ensure daily production targets are achieved in line with quality and delivery requirements Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and drive productivity across the production floor Support fault finding and technical problem-solving where required Ensure all work is carried out in line with SOPs and company procedures Maintain and enforce strict quality standards and protocols Provide training, coaching, and performance management to team members Liaise with engineering, quality, and management teams to resolve production issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production process What you will need Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within an electronic manufacturing environment Strong understanding of electronic assembly and test processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
