Trainee Shift Manager

are hiring a Trainee Shift Manager, for their Retail packing operations at our Foyle Ingredients site in Omagh, Co. Tyrone. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established food processing Company in the UK and Foyle Food Group About the role The Trainee Shift Manager will report directly to the General Manager and Operational Manager, and will work closely with Supervisors, Line Leaders and Technical personnel to oversee the day-to-day running of the facility to ensure the on-time delivery of premium products.

Essential Criteria 3rd Level Education or equivalent in a food or agriculture related subject and/or previous Supervisory experience within a production factory environment. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated with the willingness to learn. Ability to work in a pressurised environment. A keen eye for detail and organisational skills. Ability to work on your own initiative. IT literate Reliable, flexible and punctual. Desirable Criteria Previous experience of working in a retail packing environment and/or red meat industry.

Previous experience of co-ordinating / managing people.
