The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is hiring a dedicated Composite Laminator for our Silverstone facility to laminate composite components for high-performance racing cars.
You will follow detailed instructions, prepare materials, set up equipment, inspect parts, and collaborate with the assembly team while maintaining strict safety standards.
We value attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new processes; background in motor sport is preferred and security checks may apply.
