Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking a Relief Supervisor for Quarry and Asphalt Plants, based at Clitheroe and covering the North West region. You will lead site teams, supervise operators and maintenance staff, and ensure safe, compliant production across multiple sites.
The role combines hands-on plant operation with leadership, reporting, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced quarrying and production environment. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
