Production Operative

iRecruit4 are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established business based in South Cerney. This is a physically active, hands-on position working as part of a friendly production team, with full training provided and the opportunity to become permanent following a successful temporary period.

Working as part of a busy production team Working on a production line Stacking finished timber products safely onto pallets Preparing timber products for dispatch Wrapping and securing pallets ready for distribution Using PPTs and other material handling equipment Moving timber products safely around the production area Working towards daily and weekly production targets Keeping the production area clean, safe and organised Following all company Health & Safety procedures Requirements for Production Operatives: A positive attitude and strong work ethic Someone who enjoys a physically active and hands-on role Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping Comfortable working on your feet and handling physical products Own transport is essential due to the location Previous production, warehouse or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential Willingness to learn and work as part of a team If you're interested, please apply today or contact Shannon on for more information.
