In this role you will support the manufacture of Stryker products to the required quality standards helping ensure our medical devices reach the people who need them.

What you will do

• Assemble test and package medical devices by following clearly defined work instructions and standard processes.

• Work efficiently on a production line in a fast-paced environment balancing speed accuracy and quality to meet daily output targets.

• Carry out routine quality checks visually inspect products and record results to support high safety and compliance standards.

• Accurately label scan pack and prepare products for shipment to internal and external locations.

• Maintain a clean organised and safety-focused work area in line with site procedures.

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to support smooth day-to-day operations and resolve issues promptly.

What you will need

• GCSEs or a Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.

• Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.

• A strong team-player mindset with good communication skills.

• Ability to follow work instructions procedures and quality standards accurately.

United Kingdom Pay Scales:

Belfast: 13.66 GBP Hourly
