As the CNC Machine Manager
, you will be responsible for the overall management of the CNC machining department, ensuring production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards and delivery commitments. The CNC Machine Manager will lead, manage and develop machine shop personnel while ensuring departmental performance supports wider business objectives.

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Manager or managing a CNC machining/manufacturing department
• Strong knowledge of CNC milling, turning and machining operations relevant to a CNC Machine Manager position
• HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• Recognised CNC Machining or Engineering qualification
• Supervisory or Management Qualification such as ILM Level 3/5, CMI, NVQ Level 3/5 Management or equivalent

• IOSH Managing Safely would be advantageous for the CNC Machine Manager
