An exciting opportunity has arisen for skilled Composite Laminators to join a leading motor sport organisation, supporting the build and manufacture of cutting-edge racing car components. Working within a high-performance composite production environment, you will play a key role in delivering precision-engineered parts to demanding quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture composite components and assemblies for high-performance motor sport applications.
- Carry out composite laminating activities to detailed engineering specifications.
- Prepare, manufacture, and maintain mould tooling.
- Operate autoclaves and associated composite manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with documented processes and safety requirements.
- Support other manufacturing teams and departments as workload demands.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and housekeeping within the production environment.
- Proven experience as a Composite Laminator within motor sport, aerospace, automotive, or a similar high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of composite manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Ability to work accurately from engineering instructions and process documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to identify priorities and take initiative.
- Driven to achieve excellence in quality, performance, and output.
- Positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
