Marshalls plc in Eaglescliffe is seeking an Operations Team Member for our Manufacturing team. The role involves hands-on work in the Wet Press area, lifting and moving materials, and using tools and equipment. Safety and quality are the top priorities.
40 hours per week, 5 days across a three-week rotation, with no Saturdays. We value prior production plant experience, IOSH desirable, good English, and a proactive approach to improving processes.
