Hygiene Team Lead Hygiene Team Lead Our client is seeking two Hygiene Team Lead's to manage, develop and lead the Hygiene team within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will oversee hygiene operations, food safety, pest control, health and safety, waste management and continuous improvement, while coaching a team and supporting high standards across the Belfast site. This is an onsite, full-time role in Belfast, working a rotating shift pattern of Sunday to Tuesday every other Wednesday, followed by Thursday to Saturday every other Wednesday.

The structured shift arrangement offers the opportunity to take ownership of hygiene performance across the site while working closely with manufacturing and technical teams. The Role:

* Manage hygiene operations, cleaning schedules, inspections, audits and performance monitoring.
* Lead, coach and develop the Hygiene team, including recruitment, training, performance management and workforce planning.
* Manage pest control, food safety, health and safety, waste management and recycling activities.
* Maintain compliance records, investigate failures and deliver corrective actions and continuous improvement projects.

The Person :
* Experience managing a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Strong communication, decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience using computer-based manufacturing systems and Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of hygiene, pest control, food safety, HACCP and health and safety requirements.
* Food Hygiene, Pest Control, COSHH, IOSH, Train the Trainer or Internal Auditing qualifications are desirable. The Rewards: * £43,000 to £45,000 salary.
