Permanent | Monday-Friday | Rotating shift
Week 1: 06:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Week 2: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
£13.64/hour (Paid weekly - your wallet will love that!)
As an MRF Operative (Materials Recovery Facility Operative), you'll be a key part of our recycling operations, responsible for sorting recyclable materials on the picking line and supporting the smooth and efficient flow of materials through the facility.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.
What you NEED to bring to the table:- Organisational and prioritisation skills
- Team-orientated
- Flexibility to work overtime, as required
- Minimum 6 months' experience working within a warehouse environment
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy, manual environment
- Safety-conscious with good attention to detail
- Willing to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks
- Able to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team
- Punctual, dependable, and motivated to meet operational targets
