Salary/Benefits

  • Competitive pay rates depending on experience
  • Voluntary overtime opportunities at premium rates (1.5x weekday, double on Sundays)
  • 37.5-hour weekly schedule with core hours of 9am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 12 noon on Friday
  • Free onsite parking, non-serviced canteen, and shower facilities
  • 34 days holiday entitlement after 12 weeks, along with enhanced pay for overtime

About you

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in a high-tech production environment, ideally electronics or mechanical
  • Excellent manual dexterity for handling delicate components
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate and capable of following detailed procedures

What you'll do

  • Assemble delicate components with high precision and care
  • Follow detailed assembly, testing, and alignment instructions to ensure quality standards
  • Conduct quality inspections of incoming components before assembly
  • Complete production records accurately and adhere to strict process controls
  • Support troubleshooting and optimisation procedures as needed
