We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves storytelling, and is passionate about driving engagement, growth, and measurable results across digital channels.

- Digital Marketing:
Aligned with the wider team, execute the social media plan and wider digital marketing initiatives including paid advertising, email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, and website content/updates. - Social Media:
Oversee Team Fee Pay ’s social channels’ content, ensuring a consistent tone of voice, brand representation, and engagement with our community. - Analytics, Reporting & CRO:
Track performance metrics across digital marketing campaigns, analyse results, optimise content and conversion strategies, and report on ROI. - Brand & Communication Consistency:
Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain brand standards and strengthen brand visibility (working with our in‑house brand design leads). - Additional Marketing & Communications Tasks:
Support other marketing initiatives as required, including events, partnerships, and cross‑team projects.
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing or a similar role
- Experience using CRM systems to report on email marketing campaign performance
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, CMS and analytics tools
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline
- Experience with in marketing in a Tech or SaaS business environment
- Fluent in languages is an advantage (Italian, Spanish, German) however not essential.
- The role may involve some UK‑based travel from time to time.
