Job Description Brand Strategy & Leadership- Own and evolve the brand vision and positioning across all markets.
- Lead brand storytelling, ensuring consistency across retail, digital, PR, and partnerships.
- Manage and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
- Deliver integrated brand campaigns that drive consumer demand and strengthen brand equity.
- Oversee creative development, seasonal stories, product launches, and packaging.
- Accelerate digital-first strategies to optimise paid/owned channels.
- Drive performance marketing, CRM, and content strategies to grow DTC sales.
- Enhance the customer journey and digital experiences.
- Leverage data and market insight to inform product development, brand evolution, and category growth.
- Champion consumer-first thinking across the organisation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver cohesive go‑to‑market plans.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient ROI delivery.
- Proven senior marketing leadership experience within consumer goods, home & lifestyle, retail, or premium brands.
- Strong understanding of multichannel marketing, including ecommerce, retail, and global markets.
- Experience building high-performing creative teams and managing external agencies.
- A blend of commercial acumen, creativity, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder leadership ability.
