About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and data‑driven Paid Media Executive to support the execution, optimisation, and reporting of multi‑channel paid media campaigns. Working closely with the Paid Media Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and product visibility across key digital platforms.
This is a newly created role as part of an expanding in‑house paid media function. It is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and collaborates effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support the setup, execution, and optimisation of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads
- Build, refine, and manage audience targeting strategies, bidding approaches, and campaign structures
- Conduct A/B testing across creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices across Google, Meta, Tik Tok, and Pinterest
- Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall efficiency
- Use tools such as Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, and third‑party attribution platforms to support decision‑making
- Produce regular performance reports and communicate key findings to stakeholders
- Work closely with ecommerce and marketing teams to support campaign planning and execution
- Share insights and performance learnings to inform wider marketing strategy and activity
- 2–3 years’ experience in D2C or ecommerce performance marketing
- Hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of paid search and paid social fundamentals
- Confident using GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets
- Data‑driven with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
