Hiring for Interim Communications Specialist in Belfast
Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Communications Specialist to support the development and delivery of site communications activities during an exciting period of transformation.
Role Highlights- Support internal and external communications delivery, aligning local activities with wider business frameworks
- Develop messaging, content, communication plans, and engagement materials
- Support transformation/change communications and stakeholder engagement
- Help implement internal communication channels and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Proven communications experience across internal, external, or community communications
- Experience in M&A, transformation, or change environments
- Strong writing, content creation, and event management skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders across different functions
- Understanding of manufacturing/operational environments is beneficial
