- Support the development and refinement of product messaging and value propositions in partnership with the Head of Marketing
- Translate product features into clear customer benefits and compelling marketing narratives
- Support the creation and maintenance of product positioning, key messages, and buyer persona documentation
- Ensure consistency of messaging across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints
- Support the planning and execution of GTM activity for new product features and launches
- Coordinate campaign delivery across Product, Sales, Digital, Content, and Brand teams
- Contribute to integrated campaigns across digital, email, content, PR, events, and partner channels
- Support product launch communications including announcements, landing pages, and customer messaging
- Support the creation of sales enablement materials
- Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure they are equipped with the right messaging and product information
- Support internal briefings for product launches and feature updates
- Track and report on campaign performance against agreed KPIs
- Use data and insights to recommend improvements to campaign performance and messaging effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for new campaigns, product improvements, and stronger market positioning
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience in product marketing, campaign marketing, or a similar role
- Experience supporting GTM campaigns and/or product launches
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Sales, and Digital
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and reporting on KPIs
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders
- Experience in a tech or SaaS business environment
- Fluency in additional languages (Italian, Spanish, German) is a plus, but not essential
