The Role
We are working with a leading business in Glengormley to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive who will take ownership of the company's marketing function.
This stand-alone role is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to support growth, build brand awareness, and generate business opportunities. The successful candidate will deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, manage content creation, support recruitment marketing, and measure performance to ensure maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the marketing strategy in line with business objectives
• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns aligned with sales activity
• Manage website content, social media, blogs, and email campaigns
• Create compelling copy for collateral, PR, tenders, and thought-leadership pieces
• Oversee sponsor ships, events, recruitment fairs, and exhibitions
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client profiling
• Monitor marketing spend and report on campaign effectiveness

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within international business
• Background in Construction, Engineering, or Recruitment desirable
• Strong digital skills and IT proficiency
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
