Management of Tayto Tours Management of all Tayto Brand events, exhibitions, sampling etc. To include Balmoral Show, Ulster Rugby, Belfast City Airport etc. Consumer Complaints management.

Essential Criteria :
Travel and Tourism degree or Equivalent Strong organisational skills required and the ability to multi-task A team leader who can demonstrate management skills Understanding of dealing with issues, complaint resolution and crises. Hospitality experience is desirable and a degree level qualification is essential for the right candidate. Strong analytical skills, Excel and PowerPoint savvy, plus CANVA and social media skills Confident, enthusiastic, flexible and a self-starter Must be willing to travel and work weekends when required as part of the job Full Clean Driving licence.
