Marketing & Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketing planning and campaign delivery.
• Lead marketing activities for events to reach key audiences and manage events in-person and/or online on the day, including large scale showcase events and demo days.
• Manage content delivery – draft written content, manage production of video content, and produce digital content to support programme delivery.
• Build successful working collaborations with internal teams and a range of external partners.
• Support our UK Digital Twin Centre Community Manager to ensure content is on brand and aligned to programme, and wider Digital Catapult messaging.
• Work with senior leaders in Northern Ireland to provide advice and input into programme deliverables and ensure marketing and communications activities remain on schedule and aligned to KPIs.

• Strong and relevant marketing and/or communication experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and communications, with experience using Canva, Mailchimp and Word Press desirable.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Previous experience delivering events (in-person, online and hybrid).
• Confident stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Proactive and pragmatic approach to delivery with a solution-oriented outlook.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of key marketing tools including Google Analytics and Salesforce.
• Experience working in the technology, energy, aerospace or defence sectors is preferred, but not essential.
