This could be a Paid Marketing role with a difference. An established specialist digital agency is continuing its growth and is seeking an additional team member to support the delivery of paid advertising campaigns across a varied portfolio of consumer and business-focused organisations. This opportunity would suit someone with experience in Google Ads, paid social, performance marketing or digital advertising who is looking to accelerate their career within a highly specialised environment.
The successful individual will join a close-knit team that believes great paid media starts long before a campaign is launched. Rather than focusing exclusively on platforms and metrics, the business takes a consultative approach, seeking to understand commercial objectives, customer behaviour, competitive pressures and wider marketing strategy before recommending where investment should be made. The approach is built on:
Simplicity and Focus: A belief in clear, straightforward PPC strategies that drive measurable results, avoiding unnecessary complexity and ensuring every campaign has a clear objective. Integration with Brand and Performance:
Paid media is not a silo. Youll work closely with brand and commercial teams to connect upper-funnel awareness with lower-funnel conversion, maximising the value of every search and social investment. Advanced Measurement and Attribution:
Look beyond last-click metrics, considering the full customer journey to understand and communicate the true impact of paid media. Embracing AI and Automation:
Youll leverage the latest AI-driven tools and automation to optimize campaigns, focusing your expertise on creative strategy and high-quality inputs that drive superior outcomes. Customer-Centric Mindset:
Every campaign is designed with the customer at its core, aligning messaging and landing experiences with user intent for seamless journeys from search to conversion. As a result, you'll gain exposure not only to campaign management and optimisation, but also to the commercial thinking, strategic discussions and decision-making processes that shape successful businesses. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll contribute to campaigns across multiple advertising channels while developing the technical expertise, commercial judgement and client-facing confidence that distinguish exceptional marketers from platform operators.
