This role sits within a business that takes its digital presence seriously, with real budget and support behind its social and content activity, and a culture that rewards initiative over box-ticking.
The Role You will take ownership of day-to-day digital and social marketing activity, from planning and scheduling content through to running paid and organic campaigns. Reporting into a marketing lead, you will have genuine input into strategy as well as delivery, and will work closely with design, sales and wider commercial teams. This role suits someone who has built a solid grounding in digital marketing and wants more ownership than a larger, more siloed team would offer.
Key Responsibilities Plan and execute social media campaigns across key platforms Create and schedule engaging content for social, email and web Manage paid social and digital advertising campaigns within agreed budgets Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools Support the development of brand and content strategy Coordinate with design resource to produce on-brand marketing assets Manage the organisation's social media channels and community engagement Assist with email marketing campaigns from build through to send Track marketing budgets and campaign spend What You'll Need Essential:
Around 1-3 years' experience in a marketing role, agency or in-house Hands-on experience running social media and digital campaigns Confident using common marketing and analytics tools (such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or Canva) Strong written communication skills Based in or willing to work from Belfast on a hybrid basis Desirable / Nice to Have:
Experience with paid social advertising Exposure to email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Hub Spot Marketing-related degree or professional qualification Why Apply?
