Growth Shop is seeking a CRM Copywriter to craft high-performing email and SMS campaigns for ecommerce brands, translating customer insight and CRM strategy into persuasive messaging.
You’ll develop subject lines, body copy, CTAs, and microcopy across lifecycle stages, adapt brand voices, and collaborate with CRM Strategists, Designers, and CRM Executives to drive engagement and revenue.
