The role
We are looking for a Senior PPC Executive to help manage and improve Google Ads campaigns across a portfolio of LTF clients. This is a hands‑on role for someone who already has solid paid‑search experience and wants to develop their strategic, commercial and client‑facing skills. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of Google Ads accounts, supported by our wider paid media, client services, creative, SEO and CRO teams.
You will analyse performance, identify opportunities and help clients generate more qualified patient enquiries‑not simply cheaper conversions. You will not be expected to know everything or manage every part of a client’s marketing. We are looking for someone with strong Google Ads fundamentals, good analytical judgement and the ambition to progress into a Paid Search Manager role.
LTF is a specialist digital growth agency working with medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery and dental clinics. For more than 16 years, we have helped clinics attract and convert new patients through digital strategy, paid media, websites, content and conversion optimisation. Our clients trust us with an important part of their growth. That means we care about the quality of the enquiries we generate, what happens after a lead is received and whether our work is producing a genuine commercial result.
We are a remote team, but we work closely together. You will be supported by experienced colleagues across paid media, strategy, design, content, SEO, CRO and client services.
You will:
- Manage the day‑to‑day performance of Google Ads accounts across a portfolio of clients.
- Build, monitor and optimise Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display and You Tube campaigns where appropriate.
- Complete keyword research, search‑term reviews and negative‑keyword management.
- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, creative assets and campaign performance.
- Help improve qualified lead volume, cost per lead and conversion rates.
- Identify wasted spend, tracking problems and campaign opportunities.
- Create and test ad copy, campaign structures, targeting approaches and landing‑page ideas.
- Support the development of clear testing and optimisation plans.
- Use Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager to understand performance and support campaign decisions.
- Review lead‑quality or CRM information when it is available, rather than relying only on platform conversions.
- Prepare accurate performance reports with clear observations and recommended actions.
- Join client meetings and explain campaign performance in straightforward language.
- Work with our design and content teams to brief new campaign assets.
- Work alongside our Meta Ads specialist so that paid channels support the same wider strategy.
- Keep account changes, tests and important decisions properly documented.
- Stay informed about relevant Google Ads developments and share useful learning with the team.
Google Ads is increasingly automated, but successful campaigns still require good judgement, accurate measurement and strong creative inputs. You should be comfortable working with automated bidding, Performance Max, Demand Gen and other AI‑supported features. You should also understand the importance of monitoring search‑term quality, targeting, budgets, tracking and lead quality. We want someone who can use automation intelligently—not someone who simply accepts every platform recommendation.
Whatsuccess looks like
During your first six months, we would expect you to:
- Build a strong understanding of your allocated clients and their objectives.
