The Role Working within a collaborative digital team, you will take ownership of customer-facing content across multiple channels, ensuring users can easily access relevant information and products. Acting as a subject matter expert in content strategy and customer journeys, you will work closely with SEO specialists and key stakeholders to maximise visibility across search engines, AI-driven platforms, and social channels.
Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimise engaging content across the customer journey. Produce content for websites, social media, video, podcasts, and other digital channels. Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates, and revenue. Develop content strategies aligned with SEO best practices and AI search experiences. Analyse content performance, user behaviour, and engagement metrics. Enhance user experience through data-led content improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business objectives.
Provide support and guidance to team members where required. Stay up to date with emerging digital, content, and AI trends. About You We are seeking an experienced content professional with a proven track record in a consumer-focused digital environment. Essential Skills & Experience Experience in digital content production for a consumer-facing brand. Strong SEO knowledge and practical application. Experience creating content for AI-powered search and discovery platforms.
Proficiency with AI tools and technologies. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience creating and editing short-form video content. Previous people management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, hands-on approach with strong collaboration skills. Professional, adaptable, and flexible mindset. Full right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available). Desirable Social media content creation or management. Financial services, fintech, or comparison website experience.
A/B testing experience. Knowledge of customer journey optimisation and conversion improvement techniques.
