It's a close-knit, office-based team where you'll have real input from day one, plus full support to learn the sector as you go.

The Role This role gives you the chance to build a company's marketing and advertising function. You'll take ownership of website content, social media, digital campaigns and marketing materials, working largely independently and reporting directly into senior leadership. This suits someone who's happiest owning a project end to end, comfortable setting their own direction rather than waiting to be told what to do next.

Key Responsibilities Own the company's marketing and advertising activity end to end, from strategy through to delivery. Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including scheduling and content creation. Write and maintain website content through a content management system, including news articles, case studies and promotional material. Plan and deliver marketing and advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Create professional written and visual marketing materials for a range of audiences.

Monitor campaign performance, website engagement and social activity, adjusting approach based on results. Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions and industry events. Support lead generation activity and identify new opportunities to promote the business commercially. What You'll Need At least two years' professional experience in marketing, advertising or a related commercial role. Proven experience planning and delivering marketing and advertising campaigns.

Hands-on experience managing company social media accounts and scheduling content. Experience writing and editing website content via a content management system. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confident copywriting ability. Comfortable working independently, managing your own deadlines and taking ownership of projects. A recognised qualification in Marketing, Advertising or Sales. Previous experience in a specialist or technical B2B sector.
