The Performance Media team leads performance strategy across paid search, social, programmatic, and audience insights, while the Brand Media team leads brand strategy across narrative and channel selection.

The two teams build every media plan together, aligned to a single business outcome. Media joins client engagements at the earliest stages, working alongside strategy and creative to develop one integrated campaign. As the team grows, we're looking for a Media Planner ready to build hands-on performance media expertise across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.

This is an opportunity to join our growing Travel PR team, working across a diverse portfolio of global and regional clients including tourism boards, airlines, and hospitality brands. You will support the development and execution of integrated PR campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and brand reputation across key markets.

Working within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will partner with internal teams and clients to deliver creative, results-driven campaigns. You will gain exposure to international media, influencer partnerships, and industry events, while contributing to strategic planning and day-to-day account management.

• Support the delivery of PR campaigns across travel and tourism clients
• Draft press materials including releases, pitches, and media alerts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media and influencers
• Monitor media coverage and compile coverage reports
• Support press trips, events, and media activations
• Liaise with clients on day-to-day communications and updates
• Conduct research to inform campaign development and new business opportunities
• Collaborate with digital and social teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting and insights

• Experience in PR, communications, or agency environment (travel experience preferred)
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of the media landscape, particularly within travel and lifestyle
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
• Experience supporting events, press trips, or influencer campaigns is advantageous
• Interest in travel, tourism, and global cultural trends
