** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Content Creation & Delivery**  + Develop and deliver engaging social content (static, video, and short-form) aligned to brand strategies (it’s a big added bonus if you can also feature in the content as we often feature the social team).  + Support end-to-end content creation, from ideation through to production and delivery  + Ensure all outputs are high quality, on-brand, and optimised for platform performance
* ** Agency & Stakeholder Management**  + Work collaboratively with creative, influencer, and media agencies to deliver campaigns  + Build strong relationships with internal brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders  + Manage timelines and briefs to ensure content is delivered efficiently and effectively
* ** Brand Alignment**  + Support content execution across four key brands, adapting approach to reflect each brand’s identity and objectives  + Ensure consistency and cohesion across all social and influencer activity
* ** Performance & Optimisation**   + Monitor, analyse, and report on content performance across channels  + Use data and insights to optimise future campaigns and improve engagement  + Contribute to driving channel growth, brand affinity, and consideration
