Senior Graphic Designer

MYM Recruitment are working with our client bBold Tan who are currently seeking a highly creative, experienced, and commercially minded Senior Graphic Designer to join the team at bBold Tan in Draperstown.

Role Overview :
As Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and developing the visual identity of the bbold Tan brand across a wide range of creative touchpoints. From packaging and product launches to digital campaigns, social media, retail materials, and wider brand communications, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging design work that reflects our brand and supports our commercial objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of creative projects across the bbold Tan brand, ensuring a consistent and high-quality visual identity across all channels. Develop creative concepts and artwork for product packaging, labels, POS materials, promotional materials, retail displays, brochures, trade materials, and marketing collateral. Work closely with the Marketing and Digital teams to develop creative assets for social media, email marketing, website campaigns, paid advertising, PR, and wider digital communications.

Take ownership of packaging design projects from initial concept through to artwork, print production, and final delivery, working with suppliers and printers where required. Support the development and launch of new products, creating packaging, campaign assets, launch materials, and supporting creative content. Maintain and evolve bbold Tans visual identity, ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied across all creative outputs. Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal activity, promotions, events, and brand activations.

Create engaging social media and digital content, working alongside the Marketing team to ensure creative output supports wider business and campaign objectives. Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, printers, suppliers, and other creative partners when required. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritising deadlines and ensuring work is delivered accurately and to a high standard. Stay up to date with emerging design, beauty, packaging, social media, and marketing trends, bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to the brand.

Provide creative input into wider marketing strategy and contribute ideas that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial performance. Attend photoshoots, events, product launches, and occasional work-related trips throughout the UK and Ireland when required.

Essential Criteria :
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related creative discipline preferred. Minimum of 3 years professional graphic design experience. Proven experience working in a brand, agency, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, retail, or consumer-focused environment. A strong and relevant design portfolio demonstrating excellent creative, conceptual, and technical skills. Strong experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Proven experience with packaging design and print production, including preparing artwork for print and working with printers/suppliers. Desirable Criteria:
Experience designing beauty, cosmetics, skincare or tanning. Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual identity. Experience developing packaging from initial concept through to production. Experience creating artwork for retail, e-commerce, POS, and promotional campaigns.

Experience with social media design and digital marketing assets. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other video/motion…
