About Mi Finity

MiFinity is a regulated global payments company serving more than one million users across 223+ countries and territories. Our eWallet and payment products are used by more than 1,200 brands. We are licensed by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the Malta Financial Services Authority, with offices in Dublin, Malta and Belfast.

Role summary

MiFinity is looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Lead to lead integrated brand, product and campaign activity across both consumer and business audiences. Based in Belfast and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will turn business priorities into clear marketing plans and make sure work is delivered to a high standard, on time and with measurable outcomes.

The role works closely with our Acquisition, Retention, SEO, Design and UX teams, as well as Product, Commercial, Compliance and external partners. You will also manage the Social Media Coordinator, setting direction and standards while the Social Media Coordinator retains day-to-day responsibility for publishing, community management and channel reporting.

Key responsibilities

Integrated campaigns and brand
  • Lead integrated B2C and B2B campaigns from brief and budget through to launch and review, covering product launches, promotions, corporate initiatives and partner activity while maintaining a consistent MiFinity brand.
  • Turn commercial and product priorities into clear propositions, messaging and delivery plans, coordinating campaign assets, selected web content and localisation with Design, UX, SEO and external suppliers.
  • Work with the Senior Acquisition and Retention Leads to activate campaigns across paid, CRM, lifecycle and owned channels, with clear objectives and ownership.
B2B and product marketing
  • Build a planned B2B marketing programme with Commercial and Product, covering positioning, product launches, merchant communications, case studies, sales collateral and partner campaigns.
  • Keep business product, sales and website materials current while balancing B2C and B2B priorities within the wider marketing calendar.
Social media, PR and corporate communications
  • Lead and set objectives for the Social Media Coordinator, approving strategy and priorities while day-to-day publishing, community management and reporting remain with that role.
  • Own the PR and corporate communications calendar, including agencies, press releases, announcements, executive commentary and approvals.
  • Lead MiFinity's awards programme and support the Chief Marketing Officer, Legal and Compliance on sensitive corporate or regulatory communications when required.
Planning, performance and delivery
  • Own the integrated marketing calendar, budgets and supplier delivery, maintaining clear priorities, dependencies and deadlines across concurrent projects.
  • Set relevant measures, report performance clearly and apply the findings to future work, collaborating effectively across Marketing, Product, Commercial, Customer Support, Compliance and senior leadership.
Skills and experience
  • At least five years' experience across integrated marketing, brand, product marketing or campaigns, covering both B2C and B2B. Fintech, payments, financial services, app or digital product experience is preferred.
  • Proven line-management experience and a strong record of delivering multi-channel campaigns involving several stakeholders and approval stages.
  • A good understanding of B2B product marketing and sales enablement, supported by strong writing and editing skills across consumer, business and corporate communications.
  • Experience managing PR, external agencies and award submissions is highly desirable. Event management experience is preferred but is not a core requirement.
  • Commercial confidence with budgets, performance reporting and campaign analysis.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as Word Press and project-management tools. CRM familiarity is useful, while experience in a regulated environment is advantageous.
