Smollan is seeking a hands-on Field Team Leader to manage a weekend-focused sampling and brand experience team across Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicester and Coventry. You will lead from the front, coach staff, build retailer relationships and ensure high-quality activations.
The role is part-time 14 hours per week, with 2 days Fri–Sun, offering £10,592–£11,600 OTE per year plus travel expenses. You’ll report to the Regional Field Manager and help deliver a consistent region-wide program.
