Senior Specialist, Product Marketing

Mission:

Your immediate focus will be leading the successful market introduction and scale-up of Foresight, ensuring a coordinated launch strategy across both existing Schneider Electric customers transitioning to the platform and new greenfield opportunities.

You will act as the bridge between Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Services, and Customers, translating technical software capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and scalable commercial opportunities.

The role requires a strong combination of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and marketing expertise. You will be expected to articulate and demonstrate software features, benefits, architectures, deployment models, integration capabilities, and customer transition pathways while supporting sales teams and customers throughout the adoption journey.

Whilst Foresight will be the immediate priority, the role carries broader responsibility across Schneider Electric's growing software ecosystem, including solutions such as Advisors, Building Data Platform (BDP), Building Activate, Bureau Services, and future software and digital services offers. Although you may not directly own all offers, you will play a key role in ensuring alignment, consistency, and execution of the wider software go-to-market strategy.

Purpose:

To drive the successful commercialisation, launch, adoption, and growth of Schneider Electric's software portfolio by developing clear value propositions, enabling sales teams, supporting customer engagement, and ensuring market readiness across key verticals and customer segments.

The role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Services, and Software Delivery, ensuring software offers are positioned effectively, launched successfully, and scaled through repeatable go-to-market motions.

Responsibilities:

Software Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop and execute software go-to-market strategies aligned to business growth objectives.

- Lead market launch planning and execution for Foresight and future software offers.

Define target segments, buyer personas, customer journeys, and value propositions.

- Support software adoption strategies for both existing customers and new market opportunities.

- Ensure alignment between global software roadmaps and local market requirements.

Foresight Launch & Growth
- Lead the UK&I launch and scaling strategy for Foresight.

Develop transition and migration messaging for existing customers.

- Support greenfield customer acquisition strategies.

- Build deployment playbooks and customer success narratives.

Develop customer references and lighthouse accounts.

Coordinate launch activities across sales, marketing, services, and partner teams.

Technical Product Marketing
- Develop a strong understanding of software architecture, deployment models, integrations, APIs, cybersecurity, and data flows.

Articulate software capabilities in both technical and business terms.

- Support customer demonstrations, workshops, and executive briefings

Explain how software integrates across Schneider Electric and third-party ecosystems.

- Communicate transition pathways from legacy platforms to future-state architectures.

Software Portfolio Alignment Support the wider software ecosystem including:

- Foresight
- Resource Advisor
- Eco Struxure Building Advisor
- Building Data Platform (BDP) - Building Activate
- Bureau Services Future Digital Energy and Buildings software solutions

Responsibilities include:
