Role: Marketing and Communications Officer
Location: Remote first role with the opportunity to work flexibly from home, providing it is within the UK.
Job type: Permanent, full time
Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexibility around how hours are worked.
Band: 3
Salary: £25,245 - £31,825, per annum, dependent upon knowledge, skills and experience,plus excellent benefits

About the roleAs Marketing and Communications Officer, you will help deliver engaging marketing and communications activity across QAA’s digital channels. You will create and publish content across email, social media and our websites, and plan and send targeted email campaigns through our CRM system. You’ll support campaigns that promote QAA’s products, services, events and publications, working closely with colleagues across the team – including day-to-day social media community management and promoting our events programme through our channels.
You will also use audience insight and performance information to help improve our communications and work closely with colleagues across QAA to deliver effective, consistent and accessible content.
You will be one of two Marketing and Communications Officers, working closely together and sharing campaign delivery.
About youYou will have experience working in marketing or communications, with hands-on experience creating and publishing digital content across a range of channels. You will have strong copywriting skills and experience using social media, email marketing and content management systems, with an understanding of SEO and web analytics. Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce desirable) to build and send email campaigns would be an advantage.
You will be creative, organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively and tailor communications for different audiences.
