Raylo seeks a seasoned CRM/retention marketer to own end-to-end lifecycle programs in Belfast. You will manage upgrade, renewal, churn-reduction and win-back journeys, measuring impact and driving ARR growth.
You’ll partner with Product, Engineering and Analytics to personalise campaigns, pull data from Big Query, build dashboards, and push for AI-enabled improvements across email, SMS, push and in-app channels.
