The Senior Performance Marketer owns hands-on paid acquisition across mainstream B2C channels, personally managing significant media spend and campaign optimisation. The role focuses heavily on commercial metrics, creative testing, budget allocation and scaling acquisition across markets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in consumer subscriptions, gaming, dating/social, DTC or similar high-volume acquisition environments. In short:

- The Senior Performance Marketer owns hands-on paid acquisition across mainstream B2C channels, personally managing significant media spend and campaign optimisation. - $300K+ monthly spend personally controlled
- Hands-on campaign launch and optimisation experience
- Strong B2C acquisition background
- Demonstrable recent CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV or payback results
- Personally owns creative testing and scaling decisions
- Can clearly isolate personal spend, decisions and results
- Comfortable working for an adult-AI companionship company Avoid Strategy-only profiles, Agency-management-only profiles, B2B demand generation, Product marketing, Partnerships, Social media, Account management, Affiliate management, Anyone who cannot isolate their own spend, decisions and results
