We're really good at recruitment.

We're just not particularly good at telling people about it.

We've been around since 2008, built some brilliant relationships, worked with great businesses and developed a reputation for delivering on some pretty difficult recruitment assignments.

But you probably wouldn't know half of that from looking at our social media.

And that's something we want to change.

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive who can take ownership of how Vickerstock shows up online.

Someone creative, enthusiastic and full of ideas. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling and, more importantly, what makes them pay attention.

There's no shortage of material here. We've got recruiters who know their markets inside out, interesting clients, great success stories and plenty of opinions.

What we haven't got is someone pulling it all together and making something interesting out of it.

We're not looking for someone to churn out corporate graphics or fill a content calendar for the sake of it.

We want someone who can spot a story, pick up a camera, write something worth reading and occasionally tell us that what we're suggesting is rubbish.

And just to be upfront, we're not sitting on a massive marketing budget. You'll have the tools and support you need, but we're looking for someone who gets excited about what they can create, rather than how much they can spend.

You'll have plenty of freedom to try things, challenge how we've done things previously and put your own stamp on the Vickerstock brand.

You don't need years and years of experience, but you do need to know your way around social media, be comfortable creating content and have the confidence to bring your own ideas to the table.

We've spent 18 years building a reputation.

Now we'd quite like someone to help us make a bit more noise about it.
