Small Steps Project is seeking a Managing Director to guide its growth for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential to become permanent. This 24–30 hour weekly, hybrid role offers flexible arrangements for a leader who values impact over hours.
You will work with the Chair and Board to drive fundraising, partnerships, programme delivery and governance, while inspiring a small, committed team to deliver brighter futures for children and families.
