Nationwide is seeking a Strategic Change professional to lead people and organisational change across large-scale programmes, partnering with colleagues to ensure change is delivered effectively and with positive outcomes for employees and the organisation. You will work with senior stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate delivery activities, and measure outcomes to realise the full value of change.
This is a 12-month secondment with hybrid working across Nationwide's UK offices.
