Fixed-Term (36 months) Salary: £32,708 - £35,016 per annum

37 hours per week About Climate Minds NI Climate Minds NI is an innovative partnership between Live Here Love Here and Inspire Wellbeing, exploring the connection between climate action, mental wellbeing and community resilience. Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund's Climate Action Fund, the project will establish 16 Climate Action Groups across Northern Ireland, empowering underrepresented communities to co-design local climate solutions, strengthen wellbeing and take positive environmental action.

The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of Climate Minds NI. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a pioneering programme that brings together climate action, mental health and community empowerment. You will coordinate project activities, support and supervise a small team, build strong relationships with community groups and stakeholders, and contribute to monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

The role would suit someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who is passionate about climate justice, wellbeing and creating positive change. About You We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 2 years' experience in project management. Has a proven track record of delivering successful co-produced and co-delivered public-facing campaigns, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team. Can build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the community, voluntary and private sectors. Has experience working with individuals from a wide range of diverse backgrounds and communities.

Has knowledge of climate change and climate justice in Northern Ireland, including an understanding of how these issues intersect with social, economic and health inequalities. Possesses excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills. Is passionate about climate action, wellbeing and empowering communities to create positive change. Additional Information Flexible working arrangements may be available. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
