The Cornwall Voluntary Sector Forum is recruiting a Pathways Coordinator to deliver the Connect to Work programme using the IPS model. The role is based in Liskeard with travel across Cornwall and occasional Plymouth, 35 hours per week.
You will work to support individuals with disabilities to find and sustain employment through vocational profiling, employer engagement and job matching, reflecting our values and committing to client-centred development.
