St Mungo's Brent Street Outreach team seeks an Outreach Coordinator to lead a dedicated team and help people move away from rough sleeping in Brent. You will oversee daily operations, ensure services are delivered in line with St Mungo's values, manage Outreach Workers, coordinate shift patterns, and secure clear routes off the streets.
You'll build strong partnerships with local agencies, advocate for clients, and monitor outcomes using CHAIN and OPAL databases.
