Staff Nurse

Registered Nurse 39 Hours Belfast Area £20.94 per hour We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a well established care home team in the Belfast area. The Role Deliver and oversee excellent standards of person-centred care Develop, review, and update care plans tailored to residents needs Manage medication administration and ensure compliance with legislation and policies Support and mentor care staff in line with NMC guidelines Maintain accurate care records and reporting procedures Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and wider teams Support a positive and welcoming environment for residents and visitors Participate in inspections and ensure regulatory compliance standards are maintained Criteria Current NMC Registered Nurse qualification Benefits Competitive hourly rate Paid annual leave Pension scheme Free parking This is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced nurses seeking a rewarding role within a caring and professional environment.
