Home Manager / Nurse Manager Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland £52,000 £ 54,000  £6,000 OTE bonus 40 hours per week (predominantly Mon Fri) Were recruiting for an experienced Home Manager/Nurse Manager to lead a well established 50 bedded nursing home in Ballynahinch. The service provides general nursing, dementia nursing and dementia residential care, and has a strong, long-standing team in place. This is a key leadership role where youll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and smooth operational management.

The role includes:
Overall management of the nursing home and resources Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and NMC standards Managing staffing, budgets and operational performance Driving quality of care and continuous improvement What were looking for:
Registered Nurse with active NMC pin Significant post-qualification experience (including care home management/leadership) Strong understanding of regulatory and clinical standards Confident leader with good people management skills Able to balance clinical quality with operational demands Whats on offer: £52,000 £ 54,000 salary £6,000 OTE bonus Closing date: 30th June 2026 at 12 noon.
