Nurse Manager £55,000 Per annum Full-Time | Office & Floor Cover Newtownbreda / Belfast Co. Antrim We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected nursing home in the Beaumont area for an experienced Nurse Manager to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader looking for a stable, Monday Friday, 9am5pm management position within a supportive and professional care environment.

The successful candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will play a key role in the overall management of the home, providing leadership and direction to the nursing and care teams while ensuring consistently high standards of resident care. The Role As Nurse Manager, you will:
Provide strong, visible leadership to the nursing and care teams Oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the home Ensure residents receive safe, effective, compassionate, and person-centred care Maintain and continuously develop high standards of clinical and social care Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff, encouraging professional development Develop, review, and implement clinical policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements Support effective management of staffing, resources, and budgets Work closely with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders Promote a positive culture of teamwork, dignity, respect, and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For Fully qualified General Nurse (RGN), Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) Valid NMC PIN Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; previous leadership or management experience is desirable Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements A proactive, compassionate, and professional leadership approach A genuine commitment to quality improvement and person-centred care If you are an experienced nurse looking to take the next step in your leadership career and make a meaningful difference within a well-regarded care setting, we would be delighted to have a confidential conversation with you.
