The Job:
Assess the medical needs of residents. Administer medications and provide direct care, including wound management and monitoring vital signs. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised care plans. Educate residents and their families about health conditions. Promote a safe and supportive environment to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
