Nurse Manager - Permanent Opportunity 50-60k salary Reed Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Nurse Manager for a nursing home based in Dundonald This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with strong leadership experience to oversee clinical care, support staff development, and ensure the highest standards of care for residents.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support nursing and care teams. Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered. Maintain compliance with RQIA standards and regulations. Oversee care planning, medication management, and clinical governance. Manage staff training, supervision, and rota planning. Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Essential Criteria Current NMC Part 1 registration. Minimum 5 years' post-registration nursing experience. At least 2 years' experience in a similar care setting. Management qualification or 2 years' relevant management experience. Strong understanding of RQIA requirements and nursing home standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
