As a Grounds Person
, you will:

• Carryout grounds maintenance
  to the highest standards, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, weed spraying, gritting, and general gardening
• Identify and proactively resolve grounds issues
  across park and communal areas to uphold high presentation standards
• Work within a team
  to maintain the park’s appearance and functionality, supporting development projects as needed
• Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures
  toensure a safe working environment for staff, guests, and owners

We’re seeking an
enthusiastic,hands-on team player
who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride intheir work. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in grounds maintenance
  , including mowing, hedge cutting, and general landscaping
• A
  practical approach
• Avalid full UK driving licence
• Awareness of
  Health & Safety regulations
  and a commitment toworking safely
• Excellent
  customer service skills
  with a friendly and proactive attitude
• Experience with grounds maintenance equipment
  is beneficial (spraying or tree work qualifications are a plus, but training will be provided if needed)
