ERSG seeks a Site HSE Manager for industrial/EPC substations in Germany. You will ensure HSE requirements are met to the highest standards, comply with legal regulations, and coordinate with site management, the client’s Safety Coordinator, and internal departments.
The role requires knowledge of ISO 45001/14001, risk assessments, site safety concepts, inductions, KPI monitoring, and incident investigations, with a focus on continuous improvement through training and leadership.
