SECURITY CLEARANCE:
Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance OR you will be subject to BPSS and Export Control checks (including a criminal record check).

• Serve as the primary steward of product integrity, ensuring all components departing our facility strictly adhere to international aerospace standards.
• Interpret complex customer specifications and lead cross‑functional teams to resolve non‑conformances through robust corrective action.
• Hold a central position within Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes, providing critical oversight and quality assurance from the initial design stages through to final delivery.

• Strong professional background within a manufacturing or engineering function.
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and assembly techniques – including planning, procurement, tools – ensuring quality is seamlessly integrated into every stage of the production cycle.
• Solid grasp of quality tools and technical documentation; experience with aerospace standards such as AS9100 is advantageous but not mandatory.
