Quality Assistant

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Quality Technician for our successful client who is a Global Leader in Advanced Manufacturing. I am looking for a Quality Technician to support critical quality processes and help ensure products meet the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain documentation relating to Product Change Notifications (PCNs). Track the progress of customer change notifications and ensure timely communication. Support the management of Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) and integrate them into internal procedures. Compile and coordinate customer PPAP documentation, including FMEAs, Control Plans, MSA and capability studies. Work collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure quality processes are maintained and continuously improved.

Qualifications &

Experience:

An Associate's Degree in Quality, Business Engineering Technology, Electronics, or related technical field with experience in a Quality role. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
